- Good business partners are hard to find as they are. Furthermore, you need to find someone who can put into the business the same effort as you do. If this criteria is not met, it can be the source of much frustration and arguments. Furthermore, you need to find someone who has a different skill set than you. Unless the partnership can add more value than the two combined, (more than 50% each), eventually one of the partners will start feeling like he or she can make more on their own. Therefore, find good partners and do it on a trial basis to begin with.
- Setup a bank account early and learn to funnel your money effectively into that channel. A good control on cashflow ensures business flexibility and fluidity.
- There were a lot more expenses now that I do not have a tech partner, which means I need to outsouce my work. I also signed up for a separate aweber account and that costs a lot because it was prepaid for 12 months.
- Overall though, the expenses are far less than the total 50% cost of the equity ownership in the previous agreement.

- We only made about 1k this month, but a lot of the money came in during August 1-5 and we netted another 1k within 5 days. Sometimes your cash flow comes in later and you have to be ready to expect cash variances from month to month. As always, plan it out and make sure you have enough money to pay your expenses. Always have savings just in case.
- The new affiliate product we tested wasn’t great, but we are getting record signups and building up a significant list.
- This month I bought the Seduce With Style business, and going forward my main focus will be on growing that business, the sale of the ebook, and its subsequent upsell programs.

Question: Do good looking men have it better in the workplace?
Answer:
Beauty is a big advantage in the bedroom, but it is also an advantage in the boardroom.
Although it does not approach racism or sexism in magnitude, lookism appears to be a form of discrimination in the workplace. And a silent one. No one thinks that has been offered a lower salary because he is short! Good-looking men are more likely to get hired at a higher salary, to be promoted faster than unattractive men – Nancy Etcoff
Despite physical limitations (height, facial features), style plays a big role in one’s stature at work. Of course, being lazy doesn’t help. Ultimately, a good work ethic and a mastery of your skill set will ensure proper and competitive employment at all times. All things being equal, the guy who looks the most masculine and in control gets the highest salary. Keep in mind that there are differences in company culture and we are speaking generally. At Google, for example, the geekiest engineer may control the higher salary.
