When I returned from Vancouver a small crisis arose in my life that I needed to deal with. Suddenly, all directions with the business was changed. I am thus reminded of my own mortality and also how people’s priorities are ALWAYS changing. Life changes. Love changes. People change.

I will still be shooting for $100 a day but I think I will start documenting this when this crisis is officially resolved starting at day 17.

Thanks for watching…

Day 13,14,15

Current run rate:

  1. Feb thus far ($600.50) - $20.02/day divided by 2 = $10.01 per day (enough for lunch!)
  2. Goal: $100 / day

I just returned from Vancouver after visiting my little brother. He’s got a lot of growing to do, but I do love him and wish him the best. I did everything I could and also we fought sometimes about stupid things, but that’s what brothers do.

On the way back I was reading Tony Robin’s Awaken the Giant Within and Ayn Rand’s The Virtues of Selfishness. The titles of these books don’t do them justice as the subject matter of both are much, much deeper. In the virtues of selfishness Ann discusses that idea that perhaps real selfishness is not having “self interest”, in always following a religion or behaving in a certain way that is not in adherence to our own code of conduct or personal morals. Instead, she argues that selfishness is a healthy thing. The pursuit of happiness is a worthwhile life goal and it is subsequently up to the individual to determine their own code, so long as this code is constructive and not destructive (criminals, taking another life, taking by force, taking the creation of others as opposed to creating something yourself).

Plan to get to $100 a day for myself: I’m thinking about this right now. I have 25 days left. Will reveal my plan soon. If I can’t do this in 25 days, I might as well not do it at all.

Email updates from the library, otherwise, spent a whole day with my younger brother, visiting north Vancouver. More work to be done when I return. Got to write a few decent articles, however.

  • I’m at the Vancouver public library today. The internet speed is super fast and I am able to reply back to a lot of my emails.
  • I am also enjoying time alone in the city, which is always great.
  • The female-male ratio here is way better, and you can see the social dynamics of that at play. Even a small percentage skew either way greatly influences the subconscious behavior of men and women in every city.

  2. Goal: $100 / day

  • In Vancouver. Catching up with emails from my Bro’s computer. The nice thing about PASSIVE income is that there’s no additional work to generate monthly revenue. Most of the emails are re: SEO or outreach efforts.
  • We’ve been getting traction on linkbacks and also, the interviews are gaining exposure for the site. The site itself still needs more content and we’re working on that.
  • My bro thinks I am superman because I stopped a few girls on the street and got them to kiss him on the cheek. LOL. Girls in Vancouver are super nice, although pulling them still takes energy, a strong will and also congruency.  Seeing him makes me happy but I am also surprised at the amount of change that I have gone through compared to him. In a strange way PUAs that succeed change very significantly, versus AFCs who have the tendency to remain the same. We are hunters. We adapt to the situation and challenges makes us stronger. Most people in this world aren’t built this way. When I was younger I get angry at these folks for their lack of ambition and whatnot, but now I just see it as less competition for me.
